Fees
As of April 1/2023, fees will be fixed at $250.00 per hour for all services. A typical psychoeducational assessment requires 14-16 hours to complete and includes the following:
- Intake interview with parents/caregivers
- Two testing sessions with child
- Feedback meeting with parents/caregivers
- Administrative work (email, file management)
- Scoring, review of questionnaires, report cards, previous reports, etc.
- Preparation of the report
- Overall, an average assessment will typically cost $3500-4000; however, this amount can vary depending on the simplicity or complexity of the assessment.
Payments
You must pay directly for services rendered. Payment is to be made after each appointment, and an invoice will be issued accordingly.
Credit card or e-transfer are accepted methods of payment.
After payment has been received, you will be provided with a receipt which you can submit to your insurance company and any reimbursements by insurance will be sent directly to you.
Cancellation & Late Policy
Any appointments that are not cancelled with 24 hour notice may be billed the regular session rate for the time booked.
No-shows are also subject to that billing procedure. If you are late for an appointment, I will try to accommodate if I can; however, the full hourly rate is billed regardless.
