Update January, 2023
Although Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, our clinic continues to limit direct contact at this time. Given this, my intake and feedback appointments will still be conducted via videoconference while testing sessions will remain in-person.
Please be advised of the following procedures for in-person testing sessions at our clinic:
- All invoicing will be done electronically; payments can be made by credit card or you can send an e-transfer following the session. There are no additional fees added for paying by credit card.
- The office will be fully sanitized with approved cleaners between clients, including all surfaces, handles, light switches, and testing equipment handled by your child. There are some children's books in out waiting room but toys and magazines have been removed.
- Masks are optional unless mandated.
Clients need to be able to self-assess and confirm that no-one in the household has been sick or knowingly exposed through direct contact with an infected individual for at least two weeks prior to the appointment. If you answer yes to any of the following questions you should reschedule your appointment ASAP.
- Has a member of your household tested positive for COVID-19 or had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
- Do any members of your household have any of the following symptoms?
- Fever
- New onset of cough
- Worsening chronic cough
- Shortness of breath
- Difficulty breathing
- Sore throat
- Difficulty swallowing
- Headaches
- Runny nose or nasal congestion without other known cause
